how to distinguish european routes from others

Hi!

I'm not sure is this the right list for this question but what is the
easiest way to distinguish european routes from others? Is anywhere a list
of European AS-s? The reason I need this is that in nearest future we will
have SAT channel to US and I would like to direct US traffic via SAT and
European traffic via other channel. So I probably need to have as much as
possible European routes in my box and point default to US. The problem is
which nets are European and which are not.
