 Thank you for this specific information. How did you arrive at these
 values? I estimate you had more than one thought on this...

 I am definitely interested in a discussion. It would be nice to have
 a report from you on your experience with progressive BGP route dampening.
 May I ask you to prepare something for the next RIPE meeting?
