Less Routes in 193/8 and 194/8

Dear colleagues,

During the last day or so 60 redundant routes in 193/8 and 194/8 appear
to have been eliminated. The total number of routes has decreased by 42,
so 20 gained routes have been eaten up by growth:

xxxx is your AS number.
