RIPE 56: Registration, Now Open

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that registration for the RIPE 56 Meeting is
now open.

RIPE 56 will be held from 5-9 May 2008 at the Hotel Palace in Berlin,
Germany.

MEETING FEE
===========
The registration fee for the meeting is EUR 400. This covers the full
RIPE Meeting week. You will receive a EUR 50 discount if your payment is
received before 12:00 UTC on Friday, 2 May 2008.


DAY TICKETS
===========
Day tickets are also available online and cost EUR 125 per day.


STUDENT DISCOUNT
=================
Students get a 50% discount on the price of a regular week ticket if
they show a valid international student card upon arrival at the
meeting. This discount does not apply to day tickets and cannot be used
in combination with the pre-payment discount.


FREE TICKETS
============
If you are a *new* Local Internet Registry (LIR), you will receive *two*
free RIPE Meeting tickets as part of your membership. You can find out

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

RIPE 56 attendees who want to stay at the Hotel Palace can

TRAVEL VISA FOR GERMANY
===================================
If you require a visa to enter Germany, please request one as
soon as possible. We are happy to provide you with an invitation
letter upon request after you have completed the meeting registration.
