in Istanbul, Turkey.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can participate by using IRC 
and Jabber while watching the live webcast. Please note that all feedback 
submitted through IRC/Jabber will be archived and publicly accessible.
