RIPE 47 meeting, 26 - 30 January 2004

Dear Colleagues,

We have started the 'countdown' to the RIPE 47 meeting, now just over two weeks to go!

The meeting will be held from 26 - 30 January 2004 at the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If you have not yet registered to the meeting, remember to do so before 23 January at 16:00, in order to benefit from the discount of EUR 50.

Hot topics to be discussed include:

-	The DENIC proposal on a change to the IPv4 policy on ccTLD and gTLD name server operators.

-	How much IPv6 will the RIRs need?

-	Changes to reverse DNS

MEETING FEE
The registration fee for this meeting is EUR 400.
However, if payment is received before 23 January 2004 at 16:00 (CET) you will receive a pre-payment discount of EUR 50.


TRAVEL VISA FOR THE NETHERLANDS
Participants requiring a visa to enter the Netherlands are advised to begin the required procedures as soon as possible. The RIPE NCC Conference Co-ordinator is pleased to provide letters of invitation to those attendees requiring them.
