working group changes

G'day all,

   as discussed and decided at the last RIPE Meeting in Barcelona we have
a couple of changes in the RIPE Working Groups. These changes consist of
the following:

   - the LIR WG has been reformed into 2 new working groups:
     o the RIPE NCC Services WG
     o the RIPE Address Policy WG

   - the Tools WG has been merged into the RIPE NCC Services WG

   The RIPE website and mailing lists now reflect these changes. The web
pages of the relevant WGs have been changed/updated/created. As for the
mailing lists, new mailing lists for the new WGs have been created. All
subscribers to the (old) LIR WG list have been subscribed to the 2 new
lists. The subscribers to the Tools WG list have been subscribed to the
new RIPE NCC Services list. Care has been taken to identify and remove
duplicates.

   It is of course up to individual subscribers to unsubscribe where
appropriate.

   The (old) LIR WG list will remain active till the end of July, but you
are all encouraged to start using the new lists as soon as possible.
