While I understand your anger, what I have heard is that people actually
have *asked* the NCC to hold this meeting in especially this week, to be
able to enjoy Queen's Birthday - which happens to be on April 30th.

So I, personally, consider the holidy to be moved by one day, and do not
gripe :-)
