Dear All,
below is the hostcount for September 2001.
The table shows an increase since last month of over 730,000 (or 4,7%)
to a total of almost 16,250,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe and
surrounding areas.
The ru domain shows the highest increase again for September with
approximately 400,000 hosts more than in August.

- Brief Notes on this Hostcount -
- The August, 2001 data for pt had to be reused since no new data
was collected.
- The July, 2001 data for be had to be reused due some problems with
the local collection.
- The August, 2001 data for mt was reused because no new remote data
has been uploaded.
