And what does "kb" stand for in this context? KleptoByte or something

ObBackOnTopic: the issue is moot, imo, since the database is available
for download. Besides, RIPE is not a registrar for domain names. For
an overview of recent .be and .nl domains, look at www.domein.vuurwerk.nl.
