Dear all,
Here is the hostcount for August 1996.
The table shows an increase since last month of more than 86,000 (or 2.9%)
to a total of over 3,110,000 hosts in the DNS in Europe.
DE shows the highest increase for August with more than 24,000 hosts
more than in July.
In some countries we see quite a significant decrease this month, also
in countries were the hostcount is done remotely. We couldn't find any
explanation for this besides general connectivity problems and servers
not responding.
