That problem is known. 

We will give you the option to select a non-framed version of the site
which already exists. There will be a button on the framed home page to
select it soon.
At this oint you can do that yourself either by getting
http://www-new.ripe.net/cgi-bin/noframes/translate?html/noframes/homepage.html
or by using a browser not able to handle frames.
