Call for Proposals: CERT Co-ordination Centre

In its meeting of 12 March 1996 the TERENA Executive Committee decided to
publish a call for proposals for a 'CERT Co-ordination Centre' to
solicit tenders for the operation of a European support unit for Computer
Emergency Response Teams (CERTs).
