If this problem is serious for you - try RU-BIND v2.3 from
http://ftp.kiae.su/relcom/unix/RU-BIND-2.3-dist.tar.Z
I inserted in it the protection from such kind of invalid A RRs.
But take in attention - it hasn't RP in primary zones (yet)...
and don't very portable beyond BSD-like systems...
