this, of course, is the least funny situation in europe

the DBP are legally in breach of several EU directives 

in one of our race projects, their tarrif for 34Mbps access was over
20 times that of the next most expensive, and app[roaching 35 times
that of the equivalent tariffed uk service

irrelevant of ATM, they are a disgrace to modern markets and are a
restraint of trade to network subscribers and other providers who
could easily blow them away if they didn't have a protectionist
government

i find their attitude deeply offensive.
