Jon, nice proposal ! But you only get the cash if you don't forget your
PIN code :-).
To be serious for a second (!), even the commission must realise at this
stage that wide-area ATM is not quite upon us yet - mabye by the time the
report actually gets implemented. By then, we'll probably be picking up our
pensions anyway (still from the hole in the wall).

PS: Recevied some really cool tarrifs a few days ago from DBP Telekom
for participation in the 18 PTO ATM pilot. Effectively they prohibit
participation if you're in DE.
