Yes, shame upon me *grin*. You see, i think this whole discussion
is a hoax. Being at a university i really see no point in this 
discussion. A university when doing research is in it's best opening up
markets and not trying to fill existing markets with products (thats what
the industry is good for). The failure has been that public money was
spent on universities but without letting them decide what they want
to do research for, so in the end it was something like the EU or BMFT
saying that they think it's the best for Thompson, Siemens, Phillips
(or whomever of these politically influential companies) if everybody
is now only getting money for things that the USA do not do, just to keep
them off our EU market. Just remember EG Richtlinie 13 !!

THE VERY SAME THING IS HAPPENING NOW. YOU WONT GET ANY MONEY FROM NO
PUBLIC FUNDS FOR NETWORKING IF YOUR REQUEST DOES NOT CONTAIN THE WORD
ATM ON EVERY SECOND LINE !!

Thats what i'm criticising. The market is what politicians think is good
for industry and they don't care a shit for research in itself.
