 *    	  In addition: In present the Institute of Information
 *    Recording Problems of AS of Ukraine is the most developed 
 *    infra-structure to exchange the information, because it has 
 *    information transmission  network  throughover  Ukraine,  32
 *    entry  telephone  lines,  telecommunication  node  with  limited
 *    productivity and satellite  link  station,  which  provides  the
 *    entry into international computer networks, according to Decree 
 *    of State  Commitee  on Science and Technics of Ukraine it is 
 *    created the National Bank of Computer Information in our
 *    institute.  In this year the national Internet node, which is 
 *    developed in the IIRP  of  AS  of  Ukraine,  could have up to 100 
 *    entry telephone lines and also up to 16 lines with X.25  protocol
 *    and  4  lines with  protocol  tcp/ip  for  inner and international
 *    information exchange that permit nearly 5000 users of Ukraine 
 *    make on-line information exchange. The IIRP of  AS  of Ukraine  is
 *    technical ready to be the main Internet node and to take
 *    commitments on guarantuing of its functioning.

The Internet is a collaborative network of networks of any kind, the term
of "national Internet node" has no special meaning to us.

 *    Cebit-94 in Hannover. Will you be at the exhibition? If no, I
 *    want to visit Amsterdam and to discuss this questions with you.
