Meeting annoucements

Dear All,

A new directory has been created to house all documents concerning
the next RIPE meeting.  The directory is called :

	ripe/Next-Meeting/

accessible on ftp ftp.ripe.net.  In it you will find the 3 documents
I have just sent to the list.  More will be added shortly.  In addition
the hotel list is now a RIPE document and can be found in file:

       ripe/docs/ripe-docs/ripe-80.txt
