Dear Colleagues

We have updated the proposal to change ripe-368 - "IPv4 Address Allocation and Assignment Policies for the RIPE NCC Service Region".

The update reflects the changes made when ripe-368 recently replaced ripe-324.

We have also updated the draft RIPE Document to remove an additional reference to the 80% rule.
