joining newsbone

hello,

netcologne is a regional telephonecompany offering also
full internet-services.

we also have an usenet-server (news.netcologne.de), which we
would like to join the newsbone.
the current information about this server can be seen at
http://news.netcologne.de ,
the participiant-page to join newsbone (according to 
http://www.switch.ch/netnews/wg/newsbone-doc.html) can also be
reached with the link-button: "Allgemeine Übersicht" at the same page.

	    inn 2.2
	    2 Peers 
	    >8000 groups
	    restricted to netcologne-customers (~20.000)
)

please let me know, what kind of next steps i have to do, to
connect this server to newsbone.
