RIPE30-WG chair

Hello,

due to some personal related matters it seems impossible for me
to attend the next RIPE30 Working-group meeting.

I'm very sad about this, since this is the first time a RIPE
meeting is being transmitted into Mbone, plus a very interesting
presentation about MPEG-L3, which I'll be missing.

This is a question who should chair the upcoming WG meeting.

I'd like to suggest either Thomas Telkamp, if he volunteers to
do it, or Dr. David Pratt, who is my coworker in Munich who also
would volunteer to do it, if no other person would be found.

I have to aplogize again for this late announcement.
