Small correction: the RIPE NCC is _not_ feeding NTUA.
The reason is that the IP address of our endpoint of the tunnel
is on AMS-IX, which is using a network prefix that is
consenciously not announced. As a result, the NTUA packets
from their end of the tunnel never make it back to us and the
tunnel doesn't come up.
This would be fixed by Erik-Jan's AS1200 project, but that hasn't
materialized yet. I didn't want to take the political consequences
of injecting 193.148.15.0/24 myself, and hence, no tunnel.
Inside the science campus where the NCC resides, cisco routers
are used successfully as mbone routers. I'm hoping that Dante
can do the same thing.
