We are an ISP operating in Turkey called Gediknet. We got some problems
about managing our IP blocks. As Gediknet A.S. these ip blocks (
195.244.32.0 - 195.244.63.255 ) are belong to us and if you look to the
whois db you can see that these ip's are mnt-by your RIPE.
That's a quite normal thing - all allocation inetnums have mnt-by attribute
pointing to RIPE NCC (RIPE-NCC-HM-MNT).
Also, I noticed you don't have any mnt-lower attribute set, so you can
create object within your allocation. Of course, to protect yourselves,
setting "mnt-lower: GEDIKNET-MNT" would be probably what you should do.
Write to lir-help@localhost and ask them to set this for you.
Actually, it is possible to set this and change most of attributes in an
allocation via the Allocation Editor in the LIR Portal.
