Ummm, sorry.  Not enough coffee yet.

Actually I fully agree with you :-) - TLD DNS hosting is a very useful 
service to have at an IXP, and since you didn't state anything about
having "critical infrastructure static IPv6 allocations" for them, there
is nothing for me to disagree with.
