Question about more specific route.

I have question - what is about announcing PA assignment /24 from example AS1 to AS2 where AS2 maintain PA allocation /16 ?


Should I always ask AS2 maintainer whitch give me PA assignmet about aprove announcing my assignment to other AS ? Maybe some RIPE documents describe with details case about announce from AS prefix like more specific route whitch are assignment example from other ISP.
