Agreed. I suppose most Non-Service Providers are Service Providers
too. (I haven't checked this though.) This would give you 2 entries
in the list, and thus the "wrong implication" wouldn't really be there.
A remark at the top of the list, saying that you can always ask the last
resort in case of questions (and of course the RIPE NCC (already
mentioned)) would make it all up.
