You should start by reading this document about IPv6 addressing
plans <http://www.getipv6.info/index.php/IPv6_Addressing_Plans>
and then read through RIPE's IPv6 policy which you can find
here <http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ipv6policy.html>.

The short answer is that you will apply for a /32
