as far as I know F5 BigIP v9 is the only one capable of doing that.
Unfortunately they charge a serious amount of money (about 10kEUR per
device) for a licence to use this feature. It is called "IPv6 Gateway
Module" and reading their website you might think that it is only needed
to gate between v4 and v6 (v6 client connecting to a v4 real server),
but it won't even allow you to configure an IPv6 address on an interface
without the licence key.
