I am using rpslng.ripe.net, but unfortunately almost noone else does.
Probably because people don't have too much time to devote to playing

I would love to see a production version of the RPSLng server...
The RPSLng draft is currently in the IETF RFC editor queue. We are
co-ordinating with Merit, who run RADB, to try to put RPSLng into production
at the same time. I expect we will do this in a few months.
