Maybe You missed this in my earlier mail:

"Do a single request for the whole global TeliaSonera.."

Its not only for Europe.

Secondly, look at the HD-ratio in RIPE-267:

It is all based on RFC3194. Do You suggest that the
HD-Ratio in RFC3194 should be changed?
