hi Jeroen,

"2001:07FA::/32 is used to make APNIC assignments to Internet Exchange Points (IXPs). These assignments are not intended to be announced to the global Internet."

Good to see that APNIC states that IXP assignments should not be
seen on the internet. It is not seen in GRH, so that matches up.
This is unlike the RIPE IXP allocations though, these are visible
all around the world.
This is about to change as a result of the last APNIC Open Policy Meeting. For more details see:

http://www.apnic.net/docs/policy/proposals/prop-011-v001.html

Under 'current status' in the table you will see that there was consensus on lifting the routing restriction attached to IXP assignments.

regards,
Anne
