Might be so, but even I am opposed to such ugliness. I have yet to see it,
probably because most people doing so are ashamed of the practice...
Furthermore, it might be possible to deprecate the behaviour of multihoming
without public AS in v6, simply because few people will accept routes for
smaller prefixes than /32..
