I just got the unedited version of the minutes from the RIPE NCC.

I haven't had a chance to do any editing and I will not have such a
chance in the next week since I will be travelling. I will post a more
complete version when I am back.

this is too restrictive

 

- don't impose more than 2 steps in going to a TLA prefix (don't add 
additionnal subdivisions, in NLAs ...)

- need comments from the RIPE community (--> within 2 weeks !)

e.g. "it is recommended" because of possible problems with traceroute
