No SAFE update this week

Unfortunatly due to circumstances beyond my control (my redundancy), there
will be no SAFE update this week.

SAFE apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We will be using this time to upgrade he service we provide, to allow
checking for whole subnets from our databse, and possibly live scanning of
subnets on demand.
