data traffic request

 * I am trying to get an understanding of data traffic on networks in order
to
 * forecast need by service providers to purchase more data oriented
equipment.
 * 
 * In particular what bandwidth is taken up by e-mail versus e-mail with a
file
 * attachment versus, video attachment, graphics attachment, voice mail
 * attachment and how does this differ to bandwidth taken up by WWW
browsing,
 * Voice over IP, File Trasfer Protocol etc. Have you guys done any work on
 * traffic (actuals and forecast) or do you know where i can get hold of
this
 * kind of information
