I asked Mr. Manning, ISI, to discuss with the IETF program coordinator to consider such kind of meeting.  I have not heard from Mr. Manning since then.  Perhaps, he can give us an update.
I personally do not have any preference where the meeting is held but I think that IX is a hot issue in Asia and might be anywhere.
