EOF meeting next week

This is to announce that I have agreed with Rob Blokzijl that we
*will* be able to have an EOF meeting at RIPE 25. I have offered to
act as stand-in Chair, and the EOF is being moved to a Tuesday
afternoon slot.

I will do my best to circulate an agenda in advance of the meeting,
and to this end I'd appreciate if you could send me any agenda items
you may have.
