Sprint NAP experience

Hi,

I am new to this list. I've been lurking around for the past weeks to find an 
acess point to the net that can accept large & guaranteed bandwidth.

One solution seems to directly connect to a NAP in the US. Sprint 
representatives told me that some European ISP (Sweden & Norday if I remember 
correct) are connected to their NY NAP.

I would really appreciate to hear from these people as well from others that 
may have an hint about reaching this "large & guaranteed bandwidth" 
requirement.
