Draft Agenda 4th EOF Meeting

Here is a first rough cut at an agenda for Friday's meeting.  It is
based mostly on ongoing disusssion threads from previous meetings,
plus what I believe is topical at present. Suggestions for
other/different topics are welcome, for example, would people find
it useful to have status reports from the various European
backbones, or to talk about why the community suffers so much every
time PTAT breaks ?

Thank you to everybody who responded to me as to your plans, and
also to Lars-Johan for getting the minutes of the last meeting out.
Volunteers for chairing the meeting are still welcome !

The meeting location is an independent Facilities Management
provider, and hosts the main London Internet Neutral Exchange (LINX)
and the main PIPEX London PoP. There will be an opportunity for a
guided tour of the site at the end of the day's meeting (around
16:00).
