Re: EOF meeting

I've had positive responses from the following that they'll be able
to attend the 4th European Operators' Forum meeting in London next
Friday 25th:

I think this is about enough to justify the meeting, so I propose we
go ahead. I am happy to stand in and generate an agenda and/or chair
the meeting unless Peter or someone else would like to volunteer.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone else who plans to attend ASAP.
