High packet losses on MAE-East

Hello,

I've been requested to ask what the EOT's view of the high packet losses
on MAE-East is, particularly in the light of the recent upgrade of the
Paris-Washington line.  e.g.  From an Ebone point of view, what can be
done, what is being done, and how long can we expect the problem to last?
