[enum-wg] ENUM zone ready to accept DS records

Dear Colleagues,

The RIPE NCC began signing the e164.arpa (ENUM) zone on 26 November
2007. This was to prepare for the eventual inclusion of secure
delegation points in the zone on 25 March 2008.

We are pleased to announce that as of today we are accepting secure
delegations. The procedure for requesting a secure delegation is
described at:
http://www.ripe.net/enum/update-delegation.html

The Key Signing Key (KSK) has been published at the following secure URL:
https://www.ripe.net/projects/disi/keys/

Details of the key maintenance procedure are available at:
http://www.ripe.net/rs/enum/key-maint.html
