I've found some minor corrections which need to be applied before we  
declare
"Agreed".  Objections/corrections to these corrections should be  
raised no
later than 12:00 UTC on Wednesday, 18 July 2007 by e-mail either to  
the list
or privately to either co-chair.


Keith Mitchell's affiliation should likely be OARC rather than OIRC.
