    No

    Yes

    Various techniques were developed by the registrars during the trial 
phase and are used now in the production phase.

20. Is there/will there be a special number block for ENUM and/or IP 
Telephony? 
    The number block for national numbers (+49 32) was intended for VoIP 
telephony but it is not widely used.

21. Is there special treatment for unlisted numbers? 
    No

22. Are there any plans for infrastructure ENUM? 
    The discussion on infrastructure ENUM has started in Q4 2006.
