[enum-wg] Delegation of +84/4.8.e164.arpa completed

Dear colleagues,
the ENUM delegation request for 4.8.e164.arpa - +84 is Vietnam's E.164 CC - was confirmed by ITU-T TSB on 15 Jun 2006. 

As per 22 Jun 2006, 4.8.e164.arpa is delegated to

dns-hn02.vnnic.net.vn. [203.119.10.110]
dns-hcm02.vnnic.net.vn. [203.119.38.105]

4.8.e164.arpa becomes the 37th ENUM delegation.
