[enum-wg] Action list update for ENUM WG at RIPE 52

Dear ENUM-WG colleagues,

WVT reducing "administrative overhead" at the WG session, here is an
update to the action list.  Please let me know of any further details.

Action points already closed:

    51.2 (Carsten Schiefner): Let NCC know details of missing links.
	Done. NCC following up with Carsten.
	New action point 52.1: RIPE-NCC to complete follow-up.
	Thanks to Carsten and Leo Vegoda.

    51.3 (RIPE NCC): To check whether quarterly ENUM reports to IAB
        would still be necessary and asked for.

	Done.  Closed.
	Changes are publicised on the enum-announce list.
	Report duplicates these.
	Thanks to Patrik Fältström for clarifying requirement.

    51.7 (All): Test reachability of non-geo +43 780 numbers.
	Done. Closed. Thanks from +43 ppl to all who made tests and
	recorded their results.
