Kim .. I will not be there but you might want to note during the meeting 
that there is significant development re the situation with CC +1. As many 
of you know there is a CC1 LLC formed recently.

The LLC and its Technical Advisory Committee are rapidly developing the set 
of requirements and trial specifications necessary to begin the process of 
temporary delegation of CC1 in order to begin national trials first in the 
United States this year ....yes this year (3rd quarter?) and presumably 
shortly thereafter in Canada.
