For what it's worth at this stage, I'd note that most of my comments
weren't incorporated and I wouldn't have voted to approve the report
in the form that was published.  Apart from a number of errors, there
is mention of a reference document and various processes and policies
that the forum hasn't even seen, let alone reached consensus on.

I've found the forum experience interesting and educational.  I
hope everyone else has too.  I look forward to hearing how the trial
goes.
