Yes, and it will be a good thing if this example will be followed soon
by regulators in other countries. In a country with ~150 area codes
(like the Netherlands) and a minimum intake of 1000 numbers per region,
you can imagine how easy is for VoIP providers to start offering new
SIP/ENUM services based on current regulations too much focused on
geographical numbers.
